Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to know the marketing strategy and to increase the number of customers at the BPR Arta Swasembada Bank Mojosari Branch. To analyze the research data, the writer uses qualitative data which in this method the writer describes the actual facts on the bank with existing theories. Bank BPR Arta Swasembada Branch Mojosari. Describing a rural credit bank in the Mojokerto area which carries out fund raising activities in the form of daily savings and time deposits as well as channeling funds in the form of credit in the agricultural sector, industry sector, service sector and trade sector. In determining the marketing mix of the BPR Bank Arta Swasembada, Mojosari Branch has different products from other banks, and the interest rate determined by the bank, to attract the interest of the number of bank customers to do personal selling promotions in order to increase the number of customers the personal selling process is done by the bank at the time of repaying services to its customers in the form of ball pick-up. The most important bank services are being friendly and communicating well to customers and providing useful information for the bank's customers .
