Abstract
This research was conducted at PT Mandiri Utama Finance Surabaya 1. At PT Mandiri Utama Finance, it provides Dana Now loans which are multipurpose loans. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures in granting such credit. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation.
