Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and prove the influence of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to Profitability in Indonesia Syariah Bank. The population in this study are all Bank listed on the OJK site. Sampling method performed with purposive sampling method, and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples is a sample of 12 Banks that attach annual report from period 2015 until 2018. The research type is using quantitative research because in analysis the research variables are using statistic 4 year period since the year of 2015 until 2018. The analysis technique used moderated linear regression using SPSS 24. The results of this study and with GCG quantified using Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Independent Commissioner (DK, DD, KA, KI) show that : 1) Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility does not have significant positive effect toward profitability (return on assets). 2) Board of Commissioners (Dewan Komisaris) does not have a significant effect toward profitability (return on assets), 3) The Board of Directors (DD) partially has a positive and significant toward profitability (return on assets), 4) Audit Committee (KA) partially does not have a significant effect toward profitability (return on assets). 5) Independent Commissioner (KI) does not have a significant effect toward profitability (return on assets).
