Abstract
The study aims to examine the impact of investment decisions, financing decisions and dividend policy, profitability and Good Corporate Governance on the value of the firm. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The populations are property and real estate companies in Indonesia stock exchange period 2014-2018 using multiple regression analysis, the results show that financing decision and profitability have positive impact on firm value. The results also show that investment decisions, dividen policy and Good Corporate Governance have not significant on firm value. The implications of the results for investor, the investor should consider financing decision and profitability before investment in property and real estate Indonesia stock exchange.
