Abstract
Ethical sensitivity is the person's ability to understand and feel the presence of something that violates the values, norms and ethics. This study purpose to analyze the effect of gender, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient on ethical sensitivity of accounting students. This study used questionnaires to collect primary data from 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques to test different variables gender is an Independent T-test Mann Whitney and intellectual quotient using linear regression with SPSS 26. The hypothesis test variable emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence using software WarpPLS 6.0. The results of this study explains that gender has an affect on the ethical sensitivity and has difference and has different levels of ethical sensitivity between male and female student. Emotional quotient and spiritual quotient has affect on ethical sensitivity.
