Abstract
Firm value is one of the important things that are considered by investors in taking decisions. The research aims to examine the effect of profitability and capital structure towards firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable. The sample are company registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Technique used is multiple regression analysis with path analysis. The result is profitability measured with Return On Equity has positive significant effect on firm value. Dividend Policy measured with Dividend Payout Ratio has positive significant effect on firm value. Capital Structure measured with Debt to Equity Ratio has negative significant effect on firm value.
