Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of independent variable on the dependent variable. The dependent variable used is operational cash flow, firm size, profitability, and leverage, while the dependent variable is firm growth. The population used is consumer goods industry sector listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sample used is 42 consumer goods industry sector by using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and using software SPSS 23. The result shows the firm size, profitability and leverage effect on firm growth, while operational cash flow don’t effect on firm growth.
