Abstract
CAR is one of the indicators used to measure bank capital adequacy. Capital for banks is used to absorb losses originating from banking activities, and as a basis for several policies issued by Bank Indonesia. This study identified the effect of Likuidity, Asset Quality, Market Sensitivity, Efficiency, and Profitability on CAR in Regional Development Banks. The study aims to determine whether the independent variables LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on CAR and which variable is the most dominant effect on CAR. This study uses secondary data taken from financial statements from the first quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2019 in the Regional Development Bank. The sample consisted of BPD Jambi, BPD Kalimantan Tengah, BPD Sulawesi Tenggara. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS 21 and F test to see the effect simultaneously and t test to see the effect partially. The results show that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on CAR. However, partially only LDR, IPR, APB and FBIR have a significant effect on CAR. The most dominant is the IPR of 44.75 percent. Keyword : Likuidity, Asset Quality, Market Sensitivity, Efficieny and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR)
