Abstract
This study aims to examine the interdependence among dividend policy , debt policy and investment policy in LQ - 45 . The variables are used in this study consists of a dividend policy , debt policy , investment policy as the dependent variable and profitability , firm growth, liquidity , firm size , asset structure as an instrumental variable . This study uses secondary data which are financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with period of observation from 2008-2011. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. The analysis technique which is used in this research is a regression analysis 2SLS (two stage least squares). Based on the result of this research shows there is no interdependence between dividend policy with debt policy, there is no interdependence relationship between debt policy with investment policy and there is no interdependence between investment policy with dividend policy .
