Abstract

Sales activity starts from how the sales activity can be recorded well, how to get customers, then place orders, until the goods are received by consumers with satisfaction without any complaints from consumers. For all companies, sales activity is important because it involves the revenue to be received and affects the company's cash flow. The purpose of this final project research is to obtain an overview of the sales accounting information system that takes place at UD.Thalia Bags as well as the problems faced by the company related to it. This research uses a qualitative method through a descriptive case study approach. The results showed that some of the problems faced by the company could be overcome by providing recommendations for the design of sales accounting information systems and the use of Microsoft Excel programs to facilitate the Owner in controlling sales transactions within the company.
