Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of managerial ownership, profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on firm value of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2014-2018, with 181 samples selected by using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression with the application instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The result of data can be conclude that : 1) Managerial Ownership do not have a significant negative effect on firm value, 2) Profitability significant positive effect on firm value, 3) Liquidity significant negative effect on firm value, 4) Capital Structure do not have significant positive effect on firm value.
