Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, activity ratios, firm size, leverage, and growth on the value of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The amount of population in this study is 60 properties and real estate companies. The method in this study uses purposive sampling. The data which is used in this study are secondary data and data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (CR) on firm value has a significant positive effect. Profitability (ROA) on firm value has a significant positive effect. The ratio of activity (TATO) to firm value is not significant negative effect. Firm Size (SIZE) on company value has no significant negative effect. Leverage (DER) on firm value has a significant positive effect. Growth (TAG) on firm value has a significant positive effect. Keyword: company value, liquidity, profitability.
