Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of education level, saving motives and company competencies toward demand on insurance mediated by buying inclination. The number of respondents from this study were 242 respondents who had a minimum age criteria of 24 years and lived in Gerbangkertosusila (Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Lamongan). The technique for analyzing data uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results of this study explain that the level of education has a significant positive effect on insurance demand, saving motives has a significant positive effect on insurance demand, company competencies has a significant positive effect on insurance demand and inclination mediate company competencies towards demand on insurance.
