Abstract
This research analysis the kinds of indicator which theoretically measures management ability of PNPM Mandiri, which affected by some indicators such as LAR, NPL, Lending Average, UPK Quality and Field Facilitator. This research aims to analysis indicator LAR, NPL, Lending Average, UPK Quality and Field Facilitator are either collectively or individually have significant effect towards BOPO to PNPM Mandiri Rural in Sidoarjo. The simple chosen in the research in all district PNPM Mandiri Rural in Sidoarjo. Consist of 3 District. The data and data collecting method in this research use secondary data, where data taken from PNPM Mandiri Rural in Sidoarjo financial report per January 2012 to September 2013. The analysis use double linear regression. Based on the hypothesis obtained from the data result of SPSS 11.5 state that LAR, NPL, Lending Average, UPK Quality and Field Facilitator are collectively have siginificant effect toward BOPO to PNPM Mandiri Rural in Sidoarjo. NPL and UPK Quality have siginficant positive effect toward BOPO to PNPM Mandiri Rural in Sidoarjo. Meanwhile lending average and Field facilitator are partially affecting positively yet in siginificantly toward BOPO to PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan Rural in Sidoarjo.
