Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, dividend policy, managerial ownership, and investment decisions toward firm value on manufacture firm which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This study was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the study period 2013-2015. There are 57 research samples in this study which are included in the research criteria. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Technical analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The result of this research is capital structure does not have an effect on firm value, dividend policy influence to firm value, managerial ownership influence to firm value, and investment decision influence to firm value. Keywords: firm value, capital structure, dividend policy, managerial ownership, and investment decision.
