Abstract
One of the purpose of the establishment of the company is to improve the welfare of the owners or shareholders and maximizing the wealth of investors or shareholders with an increase in the company’s performance. The increase in the company’s performance can be realized if the company is able to achieve a profit with operations already targeted. The profit obtained through the company being able to give a dividend to shareholders, increase company growth and maintain the viability of the company. The purpose of this research is to know how the size of the board of commissioners, board of directors and the size of company against the company’s performance. The population in this research is the company’s property and real estate were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on the type of research, is a quantitative research with secondary data sources. The result of this study seuggest that ; (1) the size of the board of commissioners have an effect on the company’s performance, (2) the size of the board of directors have no effect against the company’s performance, and (3) the size of the company have no effect against the company’s performance.
