Abstract
The company is an organization that has the main goal of satisfying it’s customers. Company goals can be seen from good or bad financial performance of acompany. Financial performance is something generated by the company within a certain period. The results of these performance should be measurable and describe the empirical condition of a company. This research is measured based on financial performance where Return On Equity as research indicator. This research was conducted at transportation companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Total observations used in this study as many as 48 samples selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that executive compensation and firm size have no effect on financial performance. While institutional ownership and managerial ownership affect the financial performance.
