Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know whether the liquidity, growth opportunity, and asset tangibility take effect to the capital structure. The sample selected using purposive sampling which the selection of samples with certain criteria, so the total number of the sample in this research were 29 companies from 39 companies. The population of this research is companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016 which report complete and published financial reports. Data analysis methode used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis to test hypothesis using SPSS 21 for Windows. The result showed that liquidity, growth opportunity, and asset tangibility take effect simultaneously on capital structure. While tested partially showed that liquidity, asset tangibility have significant effect on capital structure and growth opportunity has no significant effect on capital structure.
