Abstract
Cheating on leading companies lately often happens. Whistleblowing is considered necessary to minimize fraud within the company. Complaints from whistleblowers have proven to be more effective in exposing fraud than other methods. This study aims to re-examine the factors that influence the intention of doing whistleblowing attitude toward whistleblower, organizational commitment, ethical climate-principle, and self efficacy. The sample of this research is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area North Surabaya with the number of 80 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which is processed with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the attitude factor toward whistleblower, organizational commitment, ethical climate-principle, and self efficacy have a positive effect on the intention of doing whistleblowing on the employees.
