Abstract
Information and communication technology has a significant influence on the development and competition of companies, especially in the banking sector. But the application of information and communication technology is not always successful. One of the success factors of the application of information and communication technology is the attitude of the users who utilize the technology. This research aims to analyze the influence of effort expectancy on the behavioural intention of using internet banking with gender moderation in internet banking users BNI Surabaya. The method used in this research is quantitative method and using primary data by distributing questionnaires as much as 100 questionnaires to bank customers BNI Surabaya. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with criteria of at least 19 years old, using internet banking BNI atleast three times transactions within the last three months, and domiciled in Surabaya. Analysis used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that effort expectancy had no significant effect on the intention of using internet banking with the existence of gender moderation.
