Abstract
The ability of companies to generate profits is the key to the success of the company to be said to have good corporate performance, because profit is a component of financial statements that are used as a tool to assess whether or not the company's performance. This will affect the continuity of the company to go forward and cooperation between one company with another company. One of the factors that can show how the company's performance is good or not is by analysis of financial statements. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR, Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and Corporate Size on corporate profitability as reflected in ROA. Data used in this research is secondary data that is financial statement and annual manufacturing company in Bursa Efek Indonesia for period 2011-2015. The results show that CSR, Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Corporate Size affect the profitability of the company, while the Board of Commissioners does not affect the profitability of the company.
