Abstract
Internet banking is an activity that conducts transactions, payments, and other transactions over the internet with bank-owned websites equipped with a security system. Internet banking services provide convenience for customers to perform banking transactions such as check balances, transfer between accounts and bill payments and know the history of transactions made by users. This research aims to analyze the performance expectancy influence on behavioral intention of using internet banking on internet banking users BNI Surabaya and analyze the influence of behavioral intention internet banking affects use behavior of internet banking BNI Surabaya. The sample in this research is BNI internet banking user in Surabaya. The number of samples used in this research were 130 respondents who distributed directly and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using smartPLS program (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The result of the research shows that the variable of performance expectancy has significant influence to the behavioral intention of using internet banking in BNI internet banking user in Surabaya, and the behavioral intention of using internet banking has a positive and significant effect on use behavior of internet banking on BNI users in Surabaya.
