Abstract
The value of the company is the sale value of the company or a growing value for shareholders, the company's value will also be reflected in the price of shares held. The value of the company is also the information of investors to the level of success of the company that are often associated with stock prices. The main purpose of the company in the long term that the company wants to grow and always have a high stock price. When a company has a substantial profit, it can raise the value of the company, and therefore these companies are trying to attract investors to invest in the company. Investors who will invest capital into the company wants a maximum return on investment, therefore, investors have criteria before infuse funds into the company as it sees the company's performance and the value of the company. This study aimed to examine the effect of dividend policy, funding decisions and profitability of the company's value.The population in this study are transportation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011-2015, the company amounted to 75 sample data. Data analysis is done by using the classical assumption and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21. The results showed that the dividend policy affects the value of the company, funding decisions affect the company's value and profitability affect the value of the company.
