Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the involvement of users of accounting information systems, top management support, formalization of information systems development, training and education programs of users of accounting information systems, and ability of users on the performance of the information systems by computer basic in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Surabaya. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study based on Acep’s (2006), Luciana’s (2007), Susilatri’s (2010), Prabowo’s (2013) . The population in this study is the accounting information systems users in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Surabaya in four departements, namely finance, General Supported, HR administration, and unit of information system. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The analysis method of research comprises influence test using multiple linier regression technique of analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of this study concluded that an independent variable: the involvement of users of accounting information systems, top management support, ability of users of accounting information systems has an influence on performance of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) as dependent variable in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Surabaya. For the independent variable is formalization of information systems development hasn’t influence on performance of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) as dependent variable in PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Surabaya. But, the training and education programs for users is a dummy variable.
