Abstract
Internet banking is one of benefit of technology called internet as one of media to do banking transaction by online. The aim of this research is to know the effect of easiness, safety, and trust toward BCA internet banking adoption in Surabaya. This research is using purposive sampling method with 70 samples. Then data collection technic which used in this research is using questionnaire. The results of it show that easiness and safety affect BCA internet banking adoption insignificantly, meanwhile trust is significantly affect BCA internet banking adoption in Surabaya. Keyword : easiness, safety, trust, adoption, internet banking.
