Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The independent variable used is intellectual capital and ownership structure, while the dependent variable is diversity. The population used is the bank umum swasta nasional devisa listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sample used is 37 bank umum swasta nasional devisa by using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and using WarpPLS test version 6.0. The results showed that intellectual capital and ownership structure affect on diversity.
