Abstract
This purpose of this study to know the factors that effect the dividend policy on mining sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. On the study of the variables used are institutional ownership, firm size, and firm growth. The sample of this study are used thirty mining sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2012-2016. Sampling Techniques on this research using census methods (non-probability sampling). Analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that Institutional Ownership and Firm Size Disclosure effect on Dividend Policy. While Firm Growth does not affect Dividend Policy.
