Abstract
This study aims to determine whether leadership style, individual characteristics, and job satisfaction affect employee performance. The sample in this study were employees of the accounting and operational departments at Samudera Stevedoring Surabaya with 38 respondents. The technique used in sampling in this study is to use a census method (complete enumeration) that is to take all employee accounting and operational data in the Ocean Stevedoring Surabaya. Data collection method in this study uses a questionnaire and uses the PSS 20 for Windows test equipment. The results of this study prove that leadership style, individual characteristics have no significant effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, individual characteristics, job satisfaction, employee performance
