Abstract
Application of computer technology in PT. PLN (Persero) Transmisi Jawa Bagian Timur dan Bali APP Surabaya in terms of evaluation of travel documents for the preparation of an accounting system. These guidelines are expected to provide input to case studies in the accounting records system in the travel agency. This research is conducted through interviewing the financial section that performs the accounting records located in the company along with supporting documents for completeness as proof of accounting recording. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of an official travel accounting record system has been covered and through input processes in SAP (System Application and Product) and ESS (Employee Self - Service) applications.
