Abstract
The increasing object of the vehicles is expected tax revenue also increased. Therfore to make it easier for taxpayers in the payment of vehicle tax, Samsat South Surabaya to provide superior service in 2009, which is Samsat Drive Thru. This reserch purposes to determine the effectiveness of tax collection vehicles on Samsat Drive Thru service. This research was conducted in KB Samsat South Surabaya, using primary data questionnaire and secondary data fiscal year 2012 through 2016. This qualitative research the effectiveness ratio and descriptive analysis used to describe the data and the percentage.The value of revenue effectiveness ratio show that Samsat Drive Thru Service increase in revenue tax of vehicles, this factors can be seen on the number of taxpayers, revenue, standard of services, and satisfaction of the taxpayers of Samsat Drive Thru Service. Based on the calculation of the calculation of the ratio effectiveness and statistic descriptive analysis can be conclude that show that Samsat Drive Thru at KB Samsat South Surabaya has been very effective.
