Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, growth and capital structure to the company's dividend policy consumer goods industry sector in BEI. The population in this study is a company manufacturing consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The sampling method is purposive sampling with multiple criteria is obtained there are 39 companies sampled in this study. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study to simultaneously show that the variable profitability, growth and capital structure affect the variable dividend policy. While the results of data analysis partial variable capital structure affect the dividend policy with a significance value of 0.041 while for the variable profitability and capital structure does not affect the dividend policy with a significance value of 0.304 and 0.191.
