Abstract
Efficiency level of a bank can be measured using some financial aspect ratios such as aspects of liquidity, asset quality aspects, and aspects of sensitivity. Aspect of liquidity is the ability of banks to meet short term obligations or liabilities which have maturity. The ratio used is a LDR and IPR. In addition, aspects of asset quality. To measure the quality of bank assets of which one can use productive assets such as APB, NPL and PPAP. Aspects of sensitivity used is the ratio of interest rate risk (IRR). This research uses secondary data taken from published financial statements of four Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Sulawesi. The data is then processed using the test of statistic as an analytical to test the research hypothesis, namely by using linear regression analysis to determine the influential variables in accordance with the theory. F test to determine the effect of simultaneously all the variables and the t test to determine the effect of the partial of each variable. The conclusion of this research is LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, PPAP, and IRR simultaneously have a significant impact on Efficiency Levels. Partially LDR, APB, NPL, PPAP, and IRR have an insignificant effect, and the most dominan variable of those variable is IPR. Key words: Efficiency Levels, BPD Sulawesi.
