Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of employee involvement, focus on customers, reward systems, commitment to quality and continuous improvement to employee performance. Research using primary data sources using questionnaires. The study population was 40 employees working in the operational part of the bank "X" Surabaya. Sampling using convenience sampling with non probability technique. After the distribution of questionnaires obtained sample of 30 employees, and data analysis using SPSS 20.0. the results of this study indicate that: 1) the employee involvement not significant effect on employee performance operational part 2) focus on customers not significant effect on employee performance operational part 3) the reward system have a significant effect on employee performance operational section 4) commitment on quality affects not significantly on employee performance of operations 5) continuous improvement not significant effect on employee performance of operational and 6) F test results can be concluded that the involvement of employees, focus on customers, reward systems, commitment to quality and continuous improvement simultaneous significant effect on performance employee operational.
