Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived value, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Gresik. Semen itself includes the material industry. One of the biggest material industries in Indonesia is PT. Semen Gresik. Every company wants loyalty from customers who have tried the product offered. In building customer loyalty, there need to be several factors that influence such as customer value, satisfaction, and trust. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived value, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Gresik. In collecting data, researchers used survey methods by distributing questionnaires to 105 consumers of Semen Gresik. The analysis technique in the study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the influence of perceived value, trust, and customer satisfaction PT. Semen Gresik in Gresik. Keywords: perceived value, trust, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
