Abstract
This study analyzes the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosures on performance, value and company Stock Return. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CSR disclosure on company performance that is proxied by ROA and ROE, the company value that is proxied by Tobins’Q and the company's Stock Return. This research uses a sample of 11 listed IDX manufacturing companies. The method of selecting samples uses purposive sampling with a period of 4 years during 2013 - 2017 and the data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports. The analytical method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). CSR has a significant positive effect on ROA. 2). CSR has a positive but not significant effect on ROE. 3) CSR has a significant positive effect on firm value. CSR has a positive effect not significant on the Stock return. Key word : Corporate social responsibility, company performance, firm value and stock return.
