Abstract
Along with the progress of the economy and the increasing levels of economic activity, has encouraged banks to create products and services that nature provides satisfaction and convenience, such as providing a more efficient means of payment in economic activity. Customer service plays an important role in informing the banking products or services therefore create a bank BRI Junio Savings product which is a savings product that has special advantages aimed at a market segment that children are particularly at elementary, junior high and high school. Banks also apply different interest rates within the meaning of the average savings deposit rate higher than checking services provided to customers.
