Abstract
Through the implementation of financial management functions, optimization of company value can be achieved. One determined financial decision would be able to influence other financial decisions. These determined financial decisions would have an impact on the value of the company. This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies on the value of property, real estate, and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.The samples of this researchwere 22 property, real estate and building construction companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange from 2013 to 2017. The analysis procedure used a purposive sampling method in determining samples and multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on dependent variables.This study shows that 1) investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value, 2) funding decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, and 3) dividend policy has a significant negative effect on firm value.
