Abstract
INFLUENCE ANALYSIS OF LIQUIDITY RATIO, ACTIVITY RATIO, AND PROFITABILITY RATIO TOWARD PRICE EARNING RATIO IN MANUFACTURER IN BEI MOHAMMAD KHARIS ZULKURNIAWAN NIM : 2012211008 Email : 2012211008@students.perbanas.ac.id ABSTRACT This research purposes for knowing to what extent influences of Liquidity ratio, Activity ratio, and Profitability ratio toward Price Earning Ratio (PER) both simultaneously and partially in manufacturer in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples used are 53 companies gotten by using purposive sampling in manufacturer in period of 2011 to 2014. The analysis instruments used in this research are multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, and coeficient determination. The analysis results show that simultaneously liquidity ratio (CR), activity ratio (INTO), and profitability ratio (ROE) have significant influences toward price earning ratio. Partially profitability ratio (ROE) has significant positive influences toward price earning ratio (PER), whereas partially liquidity ratio (CR) and activity ratio (INTO) have negative and insignificant influences toward price earning ratio (PER).
