Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responbility (CSR), managerial ownership, independent board of commisioners, and audit committee on firm value. The sample in this study is the property and real estate sector companies for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained 177 data PBV adn 194 data Tobin’s Q.The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that CSR, managerial ownership, independent board of commissioners as measured by PBV does not effect the value of the company. Committee proxy by PBV affects the value of the company. The result of company value measured by tobin’s Q CSR and audit committe do not effect the company value. Managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners as measured by tobin’s Q effect the company value.
