Abstract
The Company has long-term goal is to maximize shareholder wealth. Maximizing shareholder wealth can be reached by increase company profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability and dividend policy on the value of the firm in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2013-2017. Sampling method with purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 20 real estate & property companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 20013-2017. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) capital structure significant positive effect on firm value, 2) profitability significant positive effect on firm value, and 3) dividend policy significant positive effect on firm value. Key Word : Capital Structure, Profitability, Dividend Policy and Firm Value
