Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of risk, security and online banking information on the adoption of internet banking in Surabaya. Risk perception refers to the perception of consumers about the use of internet banking thatinternet banking provides security for customers. If the customers feel doubt withinternet banking, then therisk perception is going down and will affect t on the adoption of internet banking services. In addition, online banking information is also important for customers of internet banking, because if the customers do not know any the information to use internet banking, then customerswill not interested in using internet banking. This study uses purposive sampling with a total of 84 respondents. The questionnaire distributed to thecustomers in University ofAirlangga and around Surabaya. The analysis method of this study is multiple linear regression and classical assumption by using SPSS version 21.
