Abstract
This study aims to obtain information and empirical evidence about the influence of corporate social responsibility, ownership managerial, independent commisioners, and audit committee to frm value. The sample in this study was a trading, service and investment company for the period 2013-2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling obtained 392 data PBV adn 131 data Tobin’s Q. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that that Corporate Social Responsibility influences Company Value measured using PBV or Tobins Q, Managerial Ownership does not affect the of the company as meassured by PBV and Tobin’sQ, Independent Commissioners measured by PBV is related to Firm Value while Independent Commissioners measured by Tobin’sQ is not related to Firm Value, Audit Committee measured by PBV not related to Firm Value while Audit Committee measured by Tobin’sQ related to Firm Value.
