Abstract

Repeat purchase intention represent the possibility of consumers in planning or will buy the same brand in the future. It can also be interpreted as an emotion and its contribution to the consumer's decision to re-buy is valuable. Researchers want to prove the truth of the theory by using the experience, quality websites, and trust as independent variables. This study aims to determine the effect of the experience, quality websites, and trust in the consumer repeat purchase intention online on the website OLX Indonesia. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents in Surabaya by distributing a questionnaire, given to those who have never shopped at least twice in OLX Indonesia sites. The sampling technique used is judgment sampling and convenience. The analysis technique used is SEM. Results from this study indicate that the experience not significant effect on repurchase intention. But the experience and the quality of the website a significant effect on trust, and trust a significant effect on repurchase intention.
