Abstract
Kusuma Bangsa BRI branch has the task to build the people's economy one way to give credit to employees and pensioners which is called the Work and Full Briguna credit. This observation aims to find out how the procedure works Briguna implementation and after-PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kusuma Bangsa Surabaya branch. This final project using interview research methods literature and observations. From the results of the observations made knowable Briguna Work and Full sourced from a fixed salary / pension. The requirements have been met by the customer then the lending b and Full Briguna work are: Credit Application, Credit Analysis and realization of loans which require a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with institutions or companies where the debtor works. The conclusion of the observation procedure of Briguna Work and Full Bank BRI Branch Kusuma Bangsa Surabaya have appropriate regulations and has been implemented well by ADK Briguna and AO Briguna but it would be nice if the system is to be reviewed on a BRI that the implementation can be expected to speed up the process Award Briguna work And Full nation Surabaya branch kusuma Keyword : Credit and Briguna
