Abstract
Financial literacy is something that is needed by every SMEs, considering that financial literacy can help in making funding decisions for SMEs. Organizational culture also has a role that needs to be considered by SMEs, because the values and considerations that used by the organization can help making decisions managerial. The study aimed to investigate the influence financial literacy which consists of dimensions debt literacy; bookkeeping literacy; budgeting literacy and organizational culture SMEs Performance in East Java, especially in the cluster metropolitan area namely Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik and Mojokerto. This type of research based on data source is primary data, taken throught questionnaire, using 177 respondents, and the sampling technique was using cluster random sampling to determine the sample if the object was very broad. The data is analyzed using WarpPLS 6.0 software. The result of this study indicates that debt literacy has significant negative effect to SMEs Performance, while bookkeeping literacy has positive effect to SMEs Performance. Budgeting literacy has positive effect to SMEs Performance, while organizational culture does not has significant effect to SMEs Performance.
