Abstract

This research was conducted at Bank Mitra Syariah Tuban. Bank Mitra Syariah Tuban branch has a savings product called Savings Micro Partnership, this savings is a very cheap savings and in opening accounts and operations but its customers are not developing so rapidly. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, documentation and using written questions called questionnaires addressed to informants to get complete information. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the Simitra Micro Savings product is a product that is specialized for small businesses such as traders in the traditional market, the cost for a cheap initial balance and the Cash Pick Up facility for market traders is felt to be very helpful to the target target. Cash Pick Up facility is a service provided by the bank to market customers where when customers want to save or withdraw funds, customers simply call the bank so there will be officers who come to the market and do not need to leave their shanties to go to the bank. This savings is a product that is profitable for customers but this product lacks development in terms of number of customers.
