Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the procedure of hajj savings, starting from opening of account, making cash deposit (up to the nominal amount of 25.000.000, so can get portion of departure hajj, calculation of interest by 1%, procedure of hajj savings deposit until closing of savings account Hajj This is also included in research on the obstacles and alternatives that occur in the implementation of hajj savings. The results showed that by conducting a study on Hajj Savings in PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Main Branch Surabaya is a savings reserved for prospective pilgrims who will perform the pilgrimage in the fulfillment of the cost of the pilgrimage and facilitate during the administrative process or mandatory requirements which must be met by customers when registering as a candidate for pilgrims.
