Abstract
The modern era many technology-based companies use standard contracts to establish cooperation with drivers. In business activities the purpose of the contract is for some parties not to feel harmed by each other.The researcher wants to limit the cooperation contract model in online transportation in terms of fiqh muamalah aspects. This type of research uses qualitative methods with case study analysis. The data sources used in this study were seven informants and limited to the Surabaya area. The results of the study state that there are four contracts that can be used in the Grabbike online transportation system in Surabaya, namely musyarakah al inan contract, ijarah contract, contract, and wakalah contract. mubah, the principle of willingness, the principle of benefit, and the principle of justice, although there are Grabbike drivers who feel the system at Grabbike is unfair.
