Abstract
Developments in the banking world is now progressing very increasing rapidly. The world of banking has a very important task in fostering the achievement of national goals. In everyday life man can not be separated from the increasing demand. One alternative used is through funding lending. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Lamongan provide convenience to the public especially to the jobholder and pensiuan through BRIGuna to meet daily needs. Therefore, the authors are interested to know the conduct of the procedure of credit granting permanent employee or retiree and credit granting process. Based on the results showed that the implementation of the provision of credit to be eligible original main certificate major rank first and last, a copy of an employee card and register the details of the final salary. The process of giving must pass a feasibility analysis of the feasibility assessment of borrowers, and a maximum ceiling amount of the installment every month to employees amounted to 60 percent of Take Home Pay (THP).
