Abstract
Return company stock is one of the factors that motivates investors in investing and set as investors' compensation in taking risks over their investment because return is profitably received investors from results invest in shares within a company. This research aims to understand the influence of financial performance against the return on the company's Property stocks and Real Estate that listed in Indonesia stock exchange with the inflation rate as the variable moderation. In this research, the data collected using secondary data, namely the financial statements of the company Property and Real Estate that listed on Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) 2013-2017. The result of this research shows that: 1) Current Ratio is positive and insignificant toward a stock return. 2) Return On assets are positive and significant effect against the return of shares. 3) Debt to Equity Ratio is positive and insignificant toward a stock return. 4) Earning Per Share is positive and there is no significant effect against the return of shares. 5) inflation rate increases the influence of Return On Asset against the return of shares.
